Deleting email messages is not working.

Each program have bugs, xStarter is not exception :).

Deleting email messages is not working.

Postby pfistler » Mon Jun 28, 2010 2:49 pm

I get the following error when I am trying to delete an email message.

Exception: Cannot create file: 'c:\programdata\xstarter\datadir1\TaskLogs\mail.jrthompson.com-jrt\Mopar_AHQC_Vehicles.abs' Error code: 3. ErrorMessage: The system cannot find the path specified - Native error: 30361

I am using the DeleteMail action. using the DelAll="True"

What can I do fix this problem?

Do you have in the task name symbol "\"? Can you try to remove this symbol from the task name, please?

I do not see a "/"? anywhere in my task. I included my task: Mopar AHQC Vehicle Sales weekly process.xstk as an attachment for you to look at.
Thanks
Paul

I went through all my tasks, and none of them have a "/" in them. But I still get the same error.

Hi Paul,

Sorry for so long answer. Just found the reason of this error. You have symbol "/" in the mail username. I was modify mail plugin to replace this symbol, you can download this prugin from the attachment and unpack in the xStarter/Plugins folder. After this please change comething in the task and after saving it will be recompiled with new plugin.
