Getting text from the clipboard and sending it by e-mail

I usually use this kind of task to send text from the ICQ window to a special mailbox in order to process it later. Somehow I use ICQ mostly at work, but I can comfortably process mail only at home.

To send text this way, I select it, copy it to the clipboard and press Ctrl+9.
If the message has been sent successfully, I see the text of the sent message in the tray.
