How to periodically test the speed of broadband connection?

Task in attachment periodically open webpage with http://sod.ms/fast, wait for results receiving for a 40 seconds, save loaded page into file (with emulating keystrokes to select menu item "Save page as") and after this extract data and append it to c:\curr_log.csv . After some time this file will contain data for different days and hours and current broadband connection speed in this time.

P.S. For IE7 task will need some modification in SendKeys action (text can be changed there to "%()fac:\curr_html.html{ENTER}" ).
